2025 DEPARTMENT SPRING CONFERENCE (April 4 – 6, 2025)

HOUSING:

Spring Conference housing is LIMITED. Subject to availability, hotel reservations may be made online at Marriott.com. A link to provide the discounted rate is available at indianalegion.org/spring. You may also make reservations by contacting the hotel at (317) 352-1231. When making phone reservations, be sure to mention that you wish to make a reservation in the “Indiana American Legion room block.” This will ensure that you receive the special housing rate. The housing reservation deadline is Thursday, March 20, 2025. NOTE: It is possible that the Spring Conference housing “block” may be full before the housing deadline, so it is suggested that you make your reservations as early as possible.

The office hours for the on-site American Legion Department Headquarters, Membership and Program offices will be the following:

Friday - - - Open 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Saturday - - - Open 7:00 a.m. - Noon

Closed Noon - 1:00 p.m. (lunch)

Open 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Sunday - - - Closed
