Mid-Winter Conference housing is LIMITED. The housing reservation deadline is Tuesday, December 17, 2025. NOTE: It is possible that the Mid-Winter Conference housing “block” may be full before the housing deadline, so it is suggested that you make your reservations as early as possible.

MID WINTER CONFERENCE OFFICE HOURS: The office hours for the on-site American Legion Department Headquarters, Membership and Program offices will be the following;
Friday - - - Open 8:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday - - - Open 7:00 a.m. - Noon
Closed Noon - 1:00 p.m. (lunch)
Open 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Sunday - - - Closed
